AMCA Virtual Library Terms of Service

The Antique Motorcycle Club of America, Inc. ("AMCA") Virtual Library is provided by the AMCA to you solely for your private, non-commercial use, subject to the AMCA Virtual Library Terms of Service and the AMCA Website Terms of Use and other policies and rules that may be published from time to time by the AMCA. The AMCA Virtual Library Terms of Service and the AMCA Website Terms of Use are referred to below as the "Terms".

Becoming a member of the AMCA and using the Virtual Library and/or any usage of the Virtual Library by an AMCA Member or by a non-member shall constitute acceptance of the Terms whether the person using the AMCA Virtual Library is a member of the AMCA or not. By accepting the Terms, you hereby agree to the following:

1. The materials contained in the AMCA Virtual Library may only be used exclusively and solely for your private and non-commercial purposes.

2. The materials contained in the AMCA Virtual Library shall not be forwarded to third parties who are likely to use the materials for any commercial purpose.

3. You shall not (and you may not permit anyone else to) copy, reproduce, duplicate, modify or create a derivative work of the purchased Virtual Library materials, or any part thereof, unless you have been specifically told you may do so by AMCA.

If the AMCA becomes aware that you have used or are using the materials contained in the AMCA Virtual Library for any prohibited purpose and thereby violate the Terms, the AMCA will construe such use by you as your agreement and consent to be a party to a contract between you and the AMCA whereby you agree that you will pay to the AMCA $1,000.00 and if you are a member of the AMCA, the AMCA shall terminate your membership and permanently ban you from membership in the AMCA. Further, it will be construed by the AMCA that you agree that this contract shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and the sole and exclusive venue for any such action shall be in the Circuit or County Court of Polk County, Florida, or in the United States District Court for the judicial district in which Polk County, Florida, is or may be located.
